Meridian Clarke

Director of Business Automation

Meridian discovered her passion for financial automation during a particularly chaotic tax season back in 2018. After spending countless hours manually reconciling accounts for a small accounting firm, she realized there had to be a better way. That frustration led her to dive deep into business process optimization, eventually earning certifications in multiple automation platforms.

What sets Meridian apart isn't just her technical knowledge—it's her ability to see patterns where others see chaos. She once helped a manufacturing client reduce their invoice processing time from 3 days to 30 minutes, simply by redesigning their workflow approach. Her students often say she has a gift for making complex automation concepts feel approachable.

Our Collective Expertise

Years of hands-on experience have taught us that successful business automation isn't about fancy software—it's about understanding how information flows through organizations and knowing where to apply the right solutions at the right time.

Systems Integration

We've connected everything from legacy accounting software to modern cloud platforms, learning that successful integration often requires creative problem-solving rather than textbook approaches.

Process Analysis

Before automating anything, we map out existing workflows to understand where bottlenecks actually occur. Sometimes the solution is simpler than expected.

Financial Reporting

Real-time reporting systems that actually work require understanding both the technical side and how different stakeholders use financial data in their daily decisions.

Why We Started quintherialo

quintherialo began in 2019 when we noticed a gap between what business automation courses promised and what actually worked in real organizations. Too many people were learning software features without understanding the underlying business processes.

We decided to create something different—education that focuses on practical problem-solving first, then teaches the technical skills needed to implement solutions. Our approach comes from years of working directly with businesses facing real automation challenges.

Today, we're proud to offer learning programs that prepare students for the complex realities of business automation, starting with our comprehensive program launching in September 2025.
